Intro to Native Bees

Here is what you'll learn about at this two-hour session (part of a day long event):

- Native sting-less bees: their habits, habitats, and needs

- Our most observed solitary bees in SEQld

- How to create and use a bee hotel (nesting habitat)to encourage solitary bees

- Bee-friendly gardening: what to plant, and how to make your garden bee-friendly to help our native pollinators not only survive, but thrive!

Date: Saturday 12th 1-3pm (or 9-3 for the full day event)

Location: Tullamore Farm, Duck Creek Rd, Kerry

Tickets: Half day $35; Full day $70

Tullamore Farm is a working farm and is not child-friendly. This is an adults only event. Maximum 18 people.
