DIY bee havens (for adults) (2)

This is an adult's event. Attendees will receive a pre-made frame, and will sand it down, and fill with their choice of bamboo, drilled timber and/or pine cones. This is an easy activity that creates a stunning garden focal point that defies it's simplicity, and is both useful and beautiful. Bee hotels are designed to provide nesting habitat for solitary bees. The timber for these hotels is sourced locally as are all the inserts. Places are limited. Please see other dates/times (TBA) if this workshop is at capacity. Attendees will not be painting the bee hotel during this workshop (however will be given the option to finish with oil) but can do so if they wish once they get it home (tip: use a water based external acrylic).
